Sharing Reports with Clients

Interactive web links, messaging integrations, and the right way to present your work.

The Share Link

Click Share in the editor toolbar. Copy the link. Done.

Your client gets a beautiful interactive web report — no downloads, no attachments, no broken formatting. It works on phones, tablets, and desktops. Updates you make to the report are reflected instantly.

This is the recommended way to share. It's fast, trackable, and looks professional.

Direct Sharing

The Share menu also offers direct integrations:

  • Email — Opens your mail client with the link pre-filled
  • WhatsApp — Great for quick client updates
  • Telegram — For teams that live in Telegram
  • X (Twitter) — Share your wins publicly

For PDF delivery, see the Exporting guide.

Before You Share

A quick pre-flight checklist:

  1. Preview it. Use the Preview button to see exactly what your client sees.
  2. Check the title. It appears in browser tabs and link previews.
  3. Verify branding. Right logos, right colors, right company name.
  4. Scan the summary. The Executive Summary is usually the first thing clients actually read.

Tracking Engagement

After sharing, check the Activity feed on your Dashboard. You'll see when someone opens your report — useful for follow-up timing.

If a report has zero views a few days after sharing, that's your cue to send a gentle reminder.
