Exporting to PDF
For print, archival, or clients who insist on attachments.
When to Use PDF
The interactive web report is better in almost every way — it's responsive, trackable, and always up to date. But some clients want an attachment. Board decks need print. Archives need files.
That's what PDF export is for.
Generating a PDF
Open your report. Click Share → Download PDF.
Each slide renders at high resolution. For reports with 20+ slides, give it 15-30 seconds. Your browser will prompt you to save the file.
Customizing PDF Output
Before exporting, check the Style panel for PDF-specific options:
- Page numbers — Adds slide numbers to each page
- Confidential footer — Marks the document appropriately
- Footer logo — Your agency logo on every page
Your brand kit colors, fonts, and logos all carry through to the PDF.
Other Export Formats
PRCharter also supports:
- JSON — Structured data export for integrations.
- CSV — Spreadsheet format for coverage data analysis.
