Branding and Customization

Match your reports to your agency brand or your client's brand. Every detail is adjustable.

The Style Panel

In the Editor, click Style in the left sidebar. This is your branding control center.

Everything here applies in real-time — you'll see changes on the preview immediately. No save button needed; it auto-saves.

Logos

Upload two logos:

  • Client logo — Prominently displayed on the cover and client logo slide
  • Agency logo — Shows as "Prepared by" attribution

Drag and drop or click to upload. PNG, JPG, or SVG (max 2MB). Adjust position (left, center, right) and size (small, medium, large).

Colors and Fonts

Primary color sets the tone for headers, accents, and buttons throughout the deck. Pick from six presets or enter a custom hex code.

Font family choices:

  • Inter — Clean modern default
  • System — Uses the reader's device font
  • Georgia — Classic serif for a more traditional feel

Cover style controls how screenshots appear on your cover slide.

Brand Kits

A Brand Kit saves all your visual settings — logo, colors, fonts, cover style — as a reusable package.

For agencies: Create one brand kit per client. Switch between them in Settings → Branding.

When you create a new report, your active brand kit applies automatically. Override anything per-report in the Style panel.

Pro Subscribers

Pro plans unlock full white-label mode: the "with PRCharter" footer is removed from all your reports. Your agency name and logo become the only branding your clients see.
